Springdale Retirement Living is owned and operated by Shane and Sonia Penney, building on their family legacy of providing exceptional care to seniors for over 30 years.

Facility

Our facility is a fully licensed modern Level 1, Level 2, and Enhanced Care Personal Care Home with specially designed private and semi-private rooms. With capacity for 100 residents we have a space for you.

Staff

Our staff are carefully chosen and specifically trained to meet the daily needs of our residents.

Located in the wonderful Central Newfoundland community of Springdale, there are ample services and amenities nearby including health care, financial institutions, pharmacy’s and restaurants. In the heart of the Green Bay area we are easily accessible from many outlying communities.
